Mini Red Velvet Bundt Cakes with Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (tofutti works fine)
  • 1¼ cups confectioner's sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
  2. Drizzle glaze over cooled bundt cakes.
