Quick and Easy Grilled Chicken in Mustard Sauce

  • Ingredients:
  • 1-2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick garlic powder
  1. Combine all ingredients aside from the chicken in a small bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Grill Chicken on a hot grill or broiler for about 6-8 minutes per side, until just starting to brown and cooked through. Be careful not to over-cook it, or the chicken will be dry.
