Ah summer. When days are long and barbecues happen all the time. And bugs are everywhere, but let’s not dwell on that, right? Let’s dwell on summer’s bounty – fruits, veggies, there are so many ways to enjoy all of it, and today I’m sharing one of my crazy-easy, go-to recipes for corn, one of the best things about summer (in my sometimes humble opinion).
Now, fresh corn is really awesome with barely anything on it. Spray some Best Select Garlic Infused Olive Oil Spray and sprinkle on some salt. Yum. But when I want to take things up a notch, I sprinkle my corn with this mixture of middle eastern spices, and the flavor is insane. Addictive. Delicious.
Let’s talk about this oil spray for a minute, because once you try it, you’ll be hooked. What’s so special about Best Select’s oil sprays? It’s simple: no added propellants (those chemicals that most of the other oil sprays have). Just oil, in a spray bottle that allows you to get as much or as little as you want, in an even coating on your food. They make the spray oil in Olive Oil, Canola Oil, and Garlic Infused Olive Oil. Get one of each – you’ll thank me later!
