Honey Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons onion soup mix (I use Bakol brand)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients to baking sheet; toss to evenly coat the potatoes. - Place wedges cut side down on tray.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through and potatoes are crispy on bottom!
Notes
Plan Ahead: These potatoes are best enjoyed fresh.
