Roasted Sesame Broccoli

  • 2 lb broccoli florets (I used frozen)
  • 2 Tablespoons canola (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey*
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the broccoli over it.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients aside from the sesame seeds and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture over the broccoli and toss to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the broccoli. Stir or toss to distribute evenly.
  6. Bake at 450 for 35-40 minutes, until it's starting to brown.
  7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
