Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ cup lemon juice
water and ice, for serving
lemon slices, optional, for serving
Instructions
To make concentrate:
In a small pot, combine sugar and water over medium heat. Stir occasionally, for a couple of minutes, until sugar has dissolved and mixture is clear.
Add pomegranate juice and lemon juice and bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Store in fridge until ready to use.
To serve:
Place ice cubes in a tall glass. Pour one cup of water and about 3 tablespoons of concentrate into glass. Stir to combine. If desired, add a slice of lemon on to the rim of the glass.
