Roasted Broccoli and Red Onion

Serves: 4-6 servings
- 1 red onion, cut in thin slices
- 12 ounces fresh broccoli
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon ground (dried) mustard
- Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cut the onion slices in half to make shorter onion strips. Place onto prepared tray.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss so everything gets coated.
- Bake at 425 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
