Recipe type: Dessert
Prep time:
Total time:
Serves: 2 dozen pieces

Ingredients
  • 14-16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, cut in chunks
  • 6 ounces white chocolate chips (**see note)
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 1½ cups (approximately) assorted Fini-Mimi chewy candies
  • Note:
  • It's important to use good quality white chocolate, especially if using parve. Look for cocoa butter in the ingredients to indicate better quality and flavor.
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Fill a small pot halfway with water, then place a heat proof bowl over it. (This is double boiler style.) Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
  3. Once chocolate has melted, spread it over the surface of prepared baking pan, covering the surface.
  4. Place white chocolate in another bowl, and repeat above process until melted. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate, then use a toothpick to swirl them together and make a marbled pattern.
  5. Immediately place candies over the top, distributing them evenly over the surface.
  6. Set aside to cool, then cut into pieces.
