Misceo Chocolate Syrup
Combine all syrup ingredients in a small pot over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.
Cover and bring to a boil, then uncover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 5 minutes, until thickened. Store in the fridge until ready to use, up to a week.
Prepare the Mochatini
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, misceo liquor, misceo chocolate syrup, whip and ice. Shake well to combine, until drink is mixed and very cold.
Pour into martini glasses and garnish with additional chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and chocolate cookies, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
