Crockpot Meatballs in Zucchini Tomato Sauce

- 2 lb ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 3 Tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 large zucchinis, diced
- 2 cans (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- ½ cup water
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Form meatballs and place in crockpot liner.
- Add all sauce ingredients to crockpot. Stir gently to combine. Cook for 4-6 hours on high, or 6-8 hours on low.
