It all started four years ago today. August 7th, 2011 was the day I published my first post here on Overtime Cook.I've written previously about how my blog got started. In short, I was bored (at least creatively) and needed a hobby. So I purchased the domain name overtimecook.com and posted my first recipe. Behold: Peanut Butter Truffle Stuffed Oreos. Not too bad for an iphone photo and a gal with zero experience! What started that day has become so much more than a hobby. It's become a life-changing passion.
