My favourite cheesecake that I make is a baked caramel one. People go crazy for it and the only sound to be heard when a group of people are eating it, is the tinkle of cutlery on plates. One of my friends tells me that she dreams about it – but she dreams about weird stuff all the time.
But I generally don’t discriminate when it comes to cheesecake – it’s all good in my book!
This roundup is awesome. I’m a cheesecake purist, but these do sound wonderful. I’m surprised you didn’t include my family’s favorite one, The New York Cheesecake from Cook’s Illustrated.
