Sheet Pan Sticky Drumsticks and Greenbeans
Ingredients
For veggies:
- 1 lb Green beans or haricot vert
- 1/2 pint Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado Oil Spray
- 1/4 cup Dehydrated/minced onions
- Salt and pepper, for sprinkling
For chicken:
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2-4 Tablespoons apricot jam, to taste
- 2 Tablespoons Onion Soup Mix
- Salt and pepper, for sprinkling
- 8-10 Chicken Drumsticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place vegetables, onion, salt and pepper on baking sheet. Spray well with avocado oil and mix. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Prepare the sauce: stir together apricot jam (microwave to soften so it’s easier to mix), pizza sauce and onion soup mix.
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper then spread sauce over each side. Place over veggies on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip chicken, then bake for another 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
Notes:
you can sub other cuts of chicken (bake longer as needed) or even dark chicken cutlets.
You can use other veggies instead of the green beans!
Plan ahead:
This chicken is best enjoyed fresh.
