BEST EVER Sticky Roasted Green Beans
- 1 lb frozen green beans
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons apricot jam
- 2 Tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat oven to 425. Spread green beans on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Whisk together oil, jam, mustard, soy sauce and salt. Pour over green beans and toss to coat them all evenly.
Roast for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Enjoy!
Note: you can use fresh green beans instead - adjust baking time as needed.
Plan ahead: These green beans are best fresh, but can be made a day or two ahead of time.
