Honestly, I'm hesitant to share this recipe now, as a Rosh Hashanah dish, because this absolutely perfect honey vinaigrette is so versatile,. so delicious, you definitely need to keep making it for all of your salads, all year long. Using polls, they chose: Chicken cutlets, broccoli and rice.
