This is my favorite type of chicken dish to serve at holiday meal. It's a sauce chicken, which means I make it ahead of time and freeze it (yes! you read that right!), plus the sauce stands up to reheating on the hotplate. Using polls, they chose: Chicken cutlets, broccoli and rice. The obvious choice was to go in an asian direction with it, but I challenged myself to go in a less obvious direction and make something delicious to share with you.
