FYI: This will work nicely for other cuts of steak as well, such as oyster steak or strip steak (aka Denver steak). Do you receive the Overtime Cook email newsletter? It’s full of recipes, kitchen tips, menus and more! Click here to sign up. P.S – it’s completely free! This soup may look beautiful, but it’s total comfort food in the bowl. The warm flavors of root vegetables, the sweet flavor of apple, and the richness of the marrow bones combine to make a dish that’s bound to become a family favorite. You can skip the marrow bones to make the soup parve, but it will lack that richness.    Did you know that I share cooking demos, menu plans, giveaways, and lots more exclusive content on Instagram? Honey Mustard Green Beans with Salami are a side dish that's nice enough for a special meal, but easy to make and oh, so delicious! Click here to join the Overtime Cook WhatsApp Status, for exclusive recipes, tips and content! Some recipes are carefully planned. Other recipes, like this one, are created because I need a way to use something up.  Recently, I was thinking about how to make green beans that I had, and I looked to my fridge for inspiration.
